We have been finding lost and forgotten passwords for over 30 years now and have been doing the same for cryptography wallets since 2016.

Can you also uncorrupt wallet files?

Yes, we have an 80% success rate in uncorrupting wallets, however, if your wallet is both password protected and corrupt our success rate is low!

What is your turnaround time?

We do not promise a turnaround time, however we can sometimes recover passwords for wallets in under one hour using our distributed network attack method with custom hardware. Our longest recovery took 2 years - we never give up!

We have been working with law enforcement since the 1990’s and also with companies large and small and have always provided an honest and reliable service - unlike other companies we do not outsource any of our work.

How much do you charge?

We do not charge for our service if we do not get you access to your crypto wallet. i.e. no fix no fee.

Our pricing is low cost and simple, we charge a flat fee of 10% of the current value of the wallet. For example, if your wallet contains bitcoins to the value of 1,000 Dollars/Euros/Pounds then we will charge you 100 Dollars/Euros/Pounds.

We have a success rate of over 90% on all the wallets we have ever worked on.

You can either pay us in bitcoin (btc) or we can take the payment from your wallet before returning it to you.


What makes a crypto wallet password difficult to recover?

A crypto wallet password is difficult to recover when it is long, random, unique, and not based on memorable words or personal information. Passwords created by password managers or randomly generated strings are much harder to recover than human-created passwords.

Can you recover a Dogecoin wallet.dat password?

Yes, Dogecoin wallet.dat files are approached using similar password recovery principles to Bitcoin wallet.dat files. Success depends on the quality of the wallet file, whether it is encrypted, and how much useful password information is available.

Should I keep trying random passwords myself?

You can try a few obvious passwords, but repeated guessing is usually inefficient. A structured recovery approach can test millions or billions of likely password variations based on your real password habits, rather than simply guessing at random.

Is crypto wallet recovery the same as hacking?

No. Legitimate crypto wallet recovery is not hacking. It is the process of helping the rightful owner regain access to their own wallet, usually by recovering a forgotten password or repairing a corrupt wallet file.

Can you recover stolen cryptocurrency?

Recovering a forgotten wallet password is different from recovering stolen cryptocurrency. If coins have already been moved by a thief, password recovery will not reverse the blockchain transaction. In that situation, blockchain analysis, legal advice, and law enforcement would be more appropriate.

Can cryptocurrency transactions be reversed?

No. Confirmed cryptocurrency transactions generally cannot be reversed. If funds have been sent to the wrong address or stolen and moved on-chain, a wallet recovery service cannot simply reverse the transaction.
